All applications with two checks payable to Chinatown Business Association must be mailed by 5/17/2024. (1) $100.00 Refundable deposit (to be returned upon satisfactory inspection of tables and chairs). (2) $25.00 non-refundable permit fee. If you require more than 1 table, please submit an extra $50.00 check (non-refundable).
